TRADITIONAL BEGGARS’ NIGHT | TRICK-OR-TREAT
Costumed ghosts and goblins who prefer the traditional door-to-door trick-or-treat experience, Beggar’s Night is 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 31. Residents who choose to hand out treats should have their porch lights on during these hours.
Drivers are encouraged to watch for young pedestrians unaccustomed to traveling at night and to use extra care on neighborhood streets.
