  1. Section 1145.16/CR-48-04: To exceed the 36” maximum height for Sign #1 by 18-3/4” with a 54-3/4” tall wall sign.
  2. Section 1145.16/CR-48-04: To exceed the 32’ maximum length for wall signs (Signs #1,4 & 5) by 40’, for a total sign length combined of 72’.
  3. Section 1145.02 (e): To exceed the allowable dimensions for a directional sign (3’ tall by 4sf) by allowing a 7’ tall and 4’ X 8’ (32sf) directional sign.
