  • Section 1137.08 (h) – Private Garages in Residential Districts; to exceed the maximum overall height for a shed or garage of 13′ by 4′ for an overall height of 17′ and,
  • Table 1135.10-I (a) – Residential District Requirements; to exceed the total square footage allowed for an attached and detached garage combined of 900 square feet by three (3) feet for a total of 903 square feet.
