The traditional Trick-or-Treat/Beggars’ Night is, rain or shine 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31. Residents who choose to distribute treats should turn on their porch lights during this time.

Drivers are encouraged to watch for young pedestrians unaccustomed to traveling at night.
