Important information regarding Boo Off Broadway and City-wide Beggar’s Night

Inclement weather is expected for Central Ohio Thursday evening. Boo Off Broadway and Beggar’s Night remain rain or shine events. Parents are encouraged to exercise informed discretion when considering participation in either event.
High winds are expected for Thursday evening, and city officials will continue to monitor the forecast. In the event of severe weather, the decision to cancel Boo Off Broadway and reschedule Beggar’s Night will be determined by noon, Thursday, Oct. 31.

Grove City’s Town Center is transformed into destination for spooky fun from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31 on the Promenade. This annual, family-friendly alternative to the traditional door-to-door Beggars’ Night allows children to dress in costume and safely collect candy and other goodies from area businesses and civic organizations. This event is held rain or shine.
Those who prefer the traditional Beggars’ Night experience can go door-to-door from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31. Residents who choose to distribute treats should turn on their porch lights during this time.
Drivers are encouraged to watch for young pedestrians unaccustomed to traveling at night.
