The division provides a variety of services dedicated to improving the quality of life and safety of our community.
School Resource Officers
- School resource officers provide safety and security at Grove City and Central Crossing High Schools.
- Additionally, they offer security awareness training to students, staff and administrators.
- Fifth Grade students at local elementary and intermediate school students participate in the K.E.Y. (Knowledge Empowering Youth) program.
Seniors and Law Enforcement Together
- In partnership with Parks and Recreation Department (Evans Community Center), the Seniors and Law Enforcement Together is hosted by the division.
- Monthly meetings held with seniors to share safety information, answer questions and provide updates about crime prevention and safety awareness, providing a trusted resource to a vulnerable community.

Law Enforcement Explorer Program
The Grove City Explorer Program was established to enhance the relationship between city youth and the division.
- Applicants between the ages of 14 and 21 may be considered for our Law Enforcement Explorer Post.
- Our program is based on the following five areas of development: career opportunities, life skills, citizenship, character education and leadership.
