Development Projects – New and Evolving
Follow new and evolving projects through the five stages of development: concepts to construction. You may view all projects and their location.
- Select the project icon or corresponding map number.
- When viewing a project, use the <and > symbols to move from project to project and the X symbol to return to the original screen. The “back” arrow at the top left of the screen, will return you to the main Development page.

Administrative Review – Upon receipt of a project proposal, the Development Department will distribute materials to various reviewing entities for comments and/or recommendations. When reviews have been completed, the applicant will be notified, and if necessary, responsible for submitting revised plans incorporating changes.
Planning Commission – After revised plans have been received, Planning Commission will review materials and recommend approval or disapproval to City Council.
City Council – City Council will receive Planning Commission recommendations and vote on final approval or disapproval of the project.
Approved Plans – Once approved by City Council, applicant will submit construction level plans for review.
Construction – After review and approval of the final construction plans, the project will be permitted to commence construction.
