PARK AT BEULAH AND BEULAH PARK ROW LANDSCAPE BED AND MOWING MAINTENANCE


The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive sealed bids for The Park at Beulah and Beulah Park ROW Landscape Bed and Mowing Maintenance Contract via Bid Express, until 10:00 a.m. local time Feb. 23, 2024, and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. Grove City will neither open nor accept bids received after that time. Subject to the right of Grove City to reject any or all bids, Grove City will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). 

  • Base Bid: $225,000.00 

The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of bed and mowing maintenance for the following locations:

  1. The Park at Beulah
  2. Beulah Park Right-of-Way (ROW)

Work includes turf grass management, turf fertilization, weed control, edging and mulching, landscape bed and site detailing, tree and shrub fertilization, spring/fall cleanup, and other related work.

Grove City will neither open nor accept bids received after that time. Subject to the right of Grove City to reject any or all bids, Grove City will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following:

  • Base Bid (Brown Run Grading & Landscaping Improvements-Inside Right-of-Way)
  • Additional Bid 1 (Brown Run Grading & Landscaping Improvements-Outside Right-of-Way)
  • Additional Bid 2 (Demorest Road-Headwall Stone Treatment)

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

CONCESSION OPERATIONS AT WINDSOR PARK AND THE BIG SPLASH AT EVANS PARK


The City of Grove City Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals to operate concessions at the following City facilities:

(1) Windsor Park, 4333 Dudley Ave., Grove City, Ohio

  • Facility: 387 square feet of floor space, attached 85 square feet of storage space and 50 square feet of prep counter area, 15 foot serving counter, and window area. A commercial 3-basin sink and a separate hand washing station, interior air conditioner, and exhaust fan.
  • Operational availability: mid-April to mid-October with “fringe” season availability dependent on weather
  • Hours of operation: 18:00 to 22:00 during Grove City League scheduled play.
  • Operation is required during Grove City League play and any scheduled tournaments. Concessionaires can negotiate directly with field renters during non-tournament play for additional hours of operation.

(2) The Big Splash at Evans Park, 2831 Southwest Blvd., Grove City, Ohio

  • Facility: 464 square feet of floor space with 98.6 sq. ft. cabinet space and 60 sq. ft. of counter area. A 3-basin sink, and mop sink are also provided, along with a ceiling fan, interior air conditioning unit, water heater, and ice maker.
  • Operational availability: Memorial Day through Labor Day.
  • Permitted hours of operation: 11:00 to 20:00 while South-Western Schools are in session, 16:00 to 19:00. (Weather permitting).
  • Required hours of operations: 12:00 to 18:00 May 25, 26, 27; May 31–August 20; August 24, 25, 31, September 1 and 2, 2024.
