The Grove City Summer Sizzle Concert Series kicks off at 7 p.m., Friday, May 25 with a Salute to America’s Finest performed by the Grove City Community Winds in Grove City Town Center. The concerts take place Fridays, 7-8:30 p.m., featuring a wide array of Grove City and central Ohio musicians, the concert series is sponsored by the Grove City Parks and Recreation Department. The venue for most concerts is George Edge Music Park on Broadway, at the corner of Park Street and Broadway.

We’re partnering with Southwest Public Libraries to kick off the Summer Reading Program, Friday, June 1 with engaging activities, crafts and fun for the family. The concert series moves to Gantz Park, 2255 Home Road, one week only, as we kick off National Parks and Recreation Month at 6 p.m., Friday, July 6. Explore Gantz Park’s farmhouse, gardens, barn and scenic walking paths and join in the fun with a special Summer Sizzle concert featuring the Central Ohio Brass Band from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the gazebo.
Concerts are also planned during special events featuring The Tom Daugherty Orchestra performing patriotic tunes 7 to 8:30 p.m., Friday, June 15 at Grove City presents Ohio Flags of Honor and the annual Homecoming Celebration featuring RockHouse, 7 to 10 p.m., Friday, July 27, in historic Grove City Town Center.
