The 2020 Paper Shredding Day is Saturday, Sept. 26 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Park Street Intermediate School, 3205 Park St. Special thanks to the partnership with Ohio Mobile Shredding.
- Grove City, Jackson Township and Urbancrest residents only.
- No business shredding accepted.
- Limit of four (4) banker boxes or four (4) trash bags per car.
- Masks must be worn at all times.
- Residents must empty their boxes or bags of paper into the bins and retain empty bags and boxes.
Vehicles must enter and exit traveling eastbound on Park Street.

Join the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) for the annual Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off from 8 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 26 at the Kingston Center, 3226 Kingston Ave.
Drop off accepted items including gasoline, lighter fluid, thinners, pool chemicals, fluorescent light bulbs, propane tanks under 20 pounds, all types of batteries and corrosives such as drain cleaners. Find a detailed list of accepted item on the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio website.
Oil-based and spray paint only will be accepted. Latex and other water-based paint can be disposed with your regular trash after drying it by adding paint hardeners, cat litter or sawdust and leaving the lid off. A $1 fee, per can, will be charged for any water-based paint dropped off at the event.
