WCMH-NBC 4 is broadcasting live Friday, Sept. 18 from 5 to 7 a.m. at Grove City High School for the special morning segment of the Football Friday Nite promoting coverage of the game between Grove City and Reynoldsburg that evening.

Don’t be alarmed, you may hear some exciting sounds during the broadcast. Traffic is expected to be heavier than usual on Hoover Road Friday from 4 to 7 a.m., so please plan accordingly.

The Grove City High School stadium lights will be turned on at 3 a.m. Station staff will be on-site beginning at 4 a.m. Grove City High School band members, NJROTC members and cheerleaders arrive 4-4:30 a.m. The live broadcast begins at 5 a.m. with approximately 30 cut-ins. Chopper 4 helicopter will provide aerial coverage throughout the broadcast. The broadcast ends at 7 a.m. The school will be open for student early arrival.

Inclement weather contingency includes moving students into the Rec Center or school.
