Old belongings find new life at the Southwest Franklin County Historical Society (SWFCHS) annual Community Yard Sale Fundraiser, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, July 20 at Century Village in Fryer Park, 4185 Orders Road. The annual sale is a great source of funding for SWFCHS, enabling the organization to continue efforts to preserve and share our community’s history. This is a rain-or-shine event.

Shop for hidden treasures and discover unique items at bargain prices, while supporting the SWFCHS. Find collectibles, antiques, home décor, jewelry, crafts and home-baked goods offered for sale. Everything must go! Sale items are donated by SWFCHS members and friends.

Community members are welcome to sell their wares by securing a 10-by-20-foot space with a $25 donation. Participants must bring their own tables, chairs and tent. Please, no direct sales or party plan businesses at this fundraising event. Please call Pamala Drone at 614-875-5201 or email the SWFCHS to get involved.
