1. Section 1135.10 (a) to construct a garage addition of 810 sq. ft. onto an existing garage of 565 sq. ft., thereby exceeding the 900 feet allowed by 475 feet, for a total of 1,375 sq. ft. of garage space.

2. Table 1135.10 I – to reduce the required rear yard setback of 25 feet by 19 feet – 2 inches, for a total setback of 5 feet – 10 inches.
