The Big Splash

The Big Splash, 2831 Southwest Blvd., is a seasonal, municipal, family aquatic facility. Grove City’s renowned waterpark features a large zero-depth entrance, interactive water toys, two large body slides, a tot slide, a six-lane lap pool and two aquatic climbing walls. Patrons also enjoy green space and lounge chairs. The climbing walls won third place in Ohio in the physical programming category at the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association Awards in 2010.

Monday-Saturday
Season Pass Holders: 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
General Admission: 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m.

Sunday
Noon-7 p.m.

The Big Splash is closed on days when South-Western City Schools are in session.

Patrons are asked to please review the facility’s rules. Please note, personal-size coolers are permitted, but pizza boxes, glass containers and alcohol are prohibited. Visa and MasterCard are now accepted at the admissions windows.

Due to the popularity of the facility and issues related to overcrowding, the policy concerning day passes for non-residents has changed:

A non-resident may enter only as a guest of a resident or a season pass holder.

To purchase a “resident” day pass for The Big Splash, you must show a valid state-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license). It must list an eligible address for residents. For employees, it must be matched with a pay stub or an authorized letter from a qualified employer.
