Administrative Review – After an applicant submits a complete application with appropriate supporting materials, the Development Department will distribute to the various review agencies for comments. Upon return of all reviews, an Administrative Review Letter will be sent to the applicant. At this time, the applicant will be responsible for revising plans to incorporate any and all changes. Once completed and resubmitted, the application will be placed on the agenda for Planning Commission.
Planning Commission – The Planning Commission will review all materials and make recommendations on action for development, improvement proposals and proposed code amendments. Once approval from the Planning Commission has been met, they will forward their recommendations onto City Council.
City Council – City Council acts on the recommendations of Planning Commission and votes on final approval of the project.
Construction – Upon approval from City Council, construction level plans are submitted to the City for review. Projects currently under construction are also listed within this column.
