Planning Commission – Upon receipt of a project proposal, the Development Department will distribute the materials to various review agencies for comments and recommendations. After reviews have been completed, the applicant will be notified and will be responsible for submitting revised plans incorporating changes. Planning Commission will then review revised materials and make a recommendation of approval or disapproval to City Council.
City Council – City Council, acting on the recommendations of Planning Commission, will vote on final approval or disapproval of the project.
Approved Plans – Once projects have received approval by City Council, construction level plans are submitted to the City for review.
Construction – After review and approval of the final construction plans, the project will begin construction.
