| About season passes |
- Season pass holders must present their season pass for entry.
- The last day to purchase a 2008 season pass is Friday, July 11.
- Only 1,700 total memberships will be sold.
- A family is considered two adults and up to three dependent children under the age of 18 living in the same house. Babysitters, grandparents, extended family members or others may not be included in a Big Splash Family season pass. Families may purchase up to five additional season passes ($10 each) for dependent children living in the same household under the age of 18. Children younger than 3 years at the time of purchase are free.
- Lost season pass cards may be replaced at a cost of $5.
- No season pass refunds will be given after opening day May 24, 2008.
- Family members or friends not entering The Big Splash are not to loiter outside the park.
- Guests may bring in a personal sized cooler (16”x12” or smaller). For your safety, glass containers are prohibited.
- All adult season pass holders may enjoy lap swim Monday through Friday, 9:45AM - 10:45AM, weather permitting. Season pass holders will be asked to wait outside the gates after 10:45AM, in order to ensure the park is clear and safe to open.
- Visit our Guest Relations office near the entrance gates if you have any questions about Big Splash policies. A manager will be happy to help you. You also may leave a note in our comment box, located on the side of the office building. Your input matters greatly.

- Monday through Saturday, 11:30AM - 8:00PM Season pass holders enjoy early entry at 11:00AM Normal operating hours are in effect Thursday, June 5 through Tuesday, Aug. 26.
- Sunday, 12:00PM to 8:00PM
- Lap Swim: 9:45AM - 10:45AM, Monday through Friday (Season pass holders only)
- While the South-Western City School District is in session, The Big Splash will open at 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday hours are not affected.
- Wednesday, Aug. 27 - Friday, Aug. 29: 4:00PM - 8:00PM
- Saturday, Aug. 30: 11:30AM - 8:00PM
- Sunday, Aug. 31: 12:00PM - 8:00PM
- Monday, Sept. 1: 11:30AM - 8:00PM

| Group Policies |
- Parties must be scheduled a minimum of one week in advance.
- All parties must agree to the group-rate policy. Groups of 12-65 people pay $3 per person.
- All persons visiting the park must pay admission before entering.
- Parties may not enter until 11:30AM.
- There must be one individual age 16 years or older for every eight children age 11 years and younger.
- Areas cannot be blocked off or reserved.
- No tents, canopies, awnings, and/or outside umbrellas are permitted.
- Buses and large vans must park in front of Brookpark Middle School.

| Additional services: |
- The concessions stand will offer the party the opportunity to utilize our freezer and/or cooler to store cake and/or ice cream for the event.
- Plates, forks, spoons, knives, and napkins for dessert if the party takes advantage of one of the above offers.
