Parade of Homes

In 2007, The Pinnacle in Grove City was chosen to be the host community for the Building Industry Association of Homes (BIA) Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes is sponsored by the BIA which represents single and multiple family home builders, developers and remodelers. Since 1952, this group annually selects a building community to showcase the talents of its members. This event draws more than 40,000 people annually from central Ohio and beyond.
